Small house, now offices. Late C18, altered mid C20. Painted stucco,
hipped slate roof. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys. Chimney on
left. Dentilled eaves cornice. 3 bay symmetrical front facing up
Rose Street. Sash windows with glazing bars. Central fielded 6 panel
entrance door with bracketed hood and pilasters. 2 similar sashes on
side elevation to narrow part of street. This building forms an important
visual element at the north west end of Rose Street and stands on the corner
to the entrance of the narrowed part.
