Lodge, now clubhouse to Bearwood golf club. Mid C19, extended C20. Red brick with contrasting white brick dressings; hipped slate roof. Parallel ridge plan with C20 extension on north in similar style. One storey. Projecting plain eaves cornice in white brick, wide bracketted eaves, and one large chimney on each ridge with offset heads. Entrance front:- on the left a segmental bay with 3 two-light casements with red and white rubbed brick heads and key blocks; alternating bands of contrasting brick on quoins. To the right of this an enclosed arcaded porch entrance of 4 bays, returning one bay on east front, of semi-circular contrasting brick arches and a square pier on corner of similar material.
