G.V. II
Forge now workshop. C18 and C19 altered. Painted brick, hipped old tile
roof, tall forge chimney on left. L-plan, adjoining Lavender Cottage also listed.
One storey. Road front: 2 C20 fixed light windows in older frames, pair
of ledged, braced and battened doors. Interior:original queen strut roof
but altered in places, original horse tethering rings on rear wall.
Included for historical reasons and group value.
