Cottage. Late C18 brick, brick dentil eaves, old tile hipped roof, flanking
chimney on right. 2 storeys. Road front: 2-storey angular bay to right
with sash windows and glazing bars, stuccoed aprons. Door adjoining on
left under board pediment hood on cut brackets, and irregular one bay
casement to left of this on first floor. Small pane casement on ground
floor. Included for group value.
