House. C17, altered C18. Timber-framed with brick infill, partly reclad
in C18 brick. Mainly rubblestone plinth. Old tile roofs. 2 storeys,
south wing slightly lower. Letter L-plan, each wing of 2 bays. Board doors
in angle and on west wall of south wing. North wing has timber framed east
gable elevation with rendered gable. Ground floor 4-light casement.
North elevation has two large stacks, both with offsets to one side.
Rubblestone tiled oven projection. West gable elevation has 2-light
casements, band course, exposed posts and rendered gable. South
elevation exposed framing. South wing has 2-light casements to centre and
opposing doors at junction with north wing. Band course. Gable stack of
old thin bricks with rubblestone lower part. Interior: Some C17
panelling over inglenook fireplace, chamfered and stopped spine beams.
