3 cottages, in L shaped block, C17 extended C19, altered. Timber
framed with colourwashed brick ground floor and infill, chequer brick
to LH flank wall lower part. Tiled roof replacing thatch, half-hipped
to LH. Central brick chimney. 2 storeys and attic, front has 2 bays
of 2-light upper casements, C20 casements and glazed door to ground
floor. RH bay (No.27) added C19, colourwashed brick, tiled roof
higher than older part, 1 bay of 4 pane wide sash windows. LH flank
has C17 or C18 rear wing with half-hipped gable, hipped dormer
window. C20 casements. Interior to LH bay, original rear wall has
4-light dormer window with ovolo moulded oak mullions. Heavy beam and
chamfered joists in front room. Large inglenook with circular oven, access
from No.25A.
