Inn, early C18 with C19 southern addition. Rendered and whitewashed with
thatched roof having end and central brick stacks. 1 1/2 storeys irregular
fenestration. Upper floor has 2 eyebrow dormers with 2-light wrought-iron
casements having leaded-lights. Ground floor has 2 3-light casements with
horizontal glazing bars and a central, part-glazed door. (RCHM, Dorset,
