Terrace of 5 estate cottages. Dated 1870. Rough ashlar walls, slate roof,
5 rough ashlar stacks set along ridge. 2 storeys. Each cottage has a
gabled porch with ornamental bargeboard, and shouldered arched doorway.
No. 25 retains its original flush panel door, the rest replaced with various
C20 designs. Each cottage has, on ground floor, one 2-light stone mullioned
window under stone lintel and relieving arch and a similar single light
window. On first floor each cottage has 2 similar 2-light windows with
bracketed cills. Originally all windows had cast iron glazing. In Nos. 21
and 23 the single light windows replaced by C20 metal casements. In No. 25,
both ground floor windows replaced by plain casements. Front boundary
railings of iron, with shaped tops.
