Detached cottage. Mid C18, heavily rebuilt C20. Coursed rubble
stone walls with dressed stone quoins. Thatch roof with gable
ends. Rebuilt gable stacks. 1½ storeys. 3 windows, 2 light wood
casements with glazing bars, tiled cills. 3 eyebrow dormers.
Front door at centre, plank and glazed, C20. Outhouse at east end
rubble walls, thatch roofs, half hipped. (R.C.H.M. Dorset II,
