Cottage and outhouse, backing onto kitchen garden wall. Late C18, or later.
Brick walls in English bond, with brick parapet, stone coped. Slate roof
with gable ends. Large brick-stack, rebuilt C18. Two storeys. 3 windows,
3-light iron casements with lead lights, 2-light at centre upper. Segmental
brick arches with wood cills. Front door at centre ground, with fielded
panels and 2 top lights, C20. Attached range, same materials, C20 brick
stack at centre ridge. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 2-light cast-iron casements
with glazing-bars. Plank door and 2-leaf plank door.
