Detached Cottage, at right angles to back lane. Mid C18. Rubble-stone walls.
West elevation: brick walls in Flemish bond, with a rubble-stone base, C18.
Cellar under. 2 sashes with glazing-bars. Thatch roof, with gable ends. Stone
gable-coping at right hand gable. C18 brick stack at south gable. Two storeys
and basement. Two windows, 2-light wood casements with glazing-bars, wooden
cills. Front door at right hand end, east elevation, plank with one glass light,
C19. Outhouse at north end, rubble-stone with pentice-slate roof over, plank
door with cambered brick arch over.
