Mill-House and attached outbuilding. C17, upper part rebuilt in C18.
Coursed rubble-stone walls, with upper part in brick. Plain clay-tile roof
with gable-ends having stone gable-copings. C20 brick stacks at gable ends,
and on ridge right of centre. Two storeys, with attics. 8 windows to upper
storey. 3-light metal casements to ground floor. 2-light wooden casements
with glazing-bars, wood cills, first floor. Front doorway left of centre
has stone architrave. Door has 6 fielded-panels, C20. Stone brackets carry
a flat stone canopy over the doorway. Interior has exposed timber-framing
(RCHM). Return range to north: rubble-stone walls and double Roman-tile
roofs. Stone gable-coping at north end. One storey. Plank doors at left
hand end, at centre, fixed window, stable door, garage door.
