ST 6601 CERNE ABBAS LONG STREET, (south side)

11/95 Nos. 2 and 4 (Holly
Lodge)

GV II

Pair of semi-detached houses. Mid C19. Stone walls, stuccoed
and painted white. Slate roofs with gable-ends. Renewed C19
brick stacks on left band gable, ridge centre and right hand
gable. 2 storeys and attics. 4 windows, sashes with glazing-
bars (16 pane), stone cills. No. 2 has an extra bay at right
hand, same materials, with one ground floor sash (renewed)
matching the others. No. 2 has a 2-light C20 dormer with a
flat roof. Front doors, at centre of each: No. 2 with round-
headed surround, door with fielded panels and 2 top lights.
No. 4: flush and recess-panel door with 2 top lights, C19.
Same door surround.
