Small Villa to street, with earlier attached cottage at right
angles. Mid C19 villa, with cottage of possibly earlier date.
Stone walls, rendered. Slate roof, hipped. Brick stack at left
end wall. Two storeys, 4 windows, sashes with glazing-bars,
stone cills. Front door at centre, plank of stable-type, C20.
Pentice slate canopy over. Glass-panelled beside and over the
door. Attached cottage (same address): roughcast walls, thatch
roof. Brick stack on gable end. Two storeys. 3 windows, cast-
iron casements, wooden cills. Two doorways, both with plank
doors, C20. Brick porches with thatch porch canopy over.
