Probably circa 1800. Brick walls low-pitched slate roof with wide bracketed eaves. Three storeys. Ground floor has four-panel entrance door in a round-headed opening. One blocked window to ground floor. One double hung sash window with glazing bars to first floor. One blocked window to second floor.
