Dwelling. Dated 1830. Coursed sandstone, Welsh slate roof. Formerly two
cottages, T-plan, but probably originally L-plan; section left in thin bedded
stone. Gable stacks and third at ridge near left end, all in cut stone.
Two storeys, one plus 3-windowed; ground floor one small square fixed light,
two 2-light cross mullion and transom casements under stone lintols with
inscribed flat arch voussoir, first floor small 2-light fixed casement and
3-small sashes without bars. Four-panel door including two glazed, under
flat hood on brackets. Two storey back extension runs into hill slope. C19
straight stair in right half.
