Commercial premises with living accommodation over. Circa 1810.Built of brick, now painted, roof concealed by parapet. Three storeys; 2 windows. Late C19 sashes without glazing bars in original openings. First floor windows are round-headed and set in recess, divided by pilasters with moulded impost blocks. Parapet with moulded modillion cornice and projecting tablet with name "THOMAS". Ground floor retains most of original shopfront, comprising fascia, pilasters, dado rail and door with four flush panels. Interior features include entrance hall with panelling and round-headed arch on moulded console brackets, stairwell with stick staircase with column newels and panelling, panelling to dado level in a number of rooms, round-headed windows with splayed case and shutters with underpanels and doorcases with reeded architraves with lion's head paterae and four fielded panelled doors.
