Detached cottage, late C17. Rendered and colourwashed cob walls. Thatched
roof, hipped over an outshut to the left. Brick stack to right of centre on
ridge. One and a half storeys, 3 window range. Ground floor left has 2 and 3
light timber casements with glazing bars. Right of the door is a 2-light
casement without glazing bars. The upper floor right has a possibly original
3-light wrought iron casement with diamond-pane leaded lights. The other
upper floor windows are replacements. Plank door forming lobby entrance.
Open thatched porch on slender columns.
Internal features: main room has chamfered beam with shaped stops.
