Pair of cottages converted from farm buildings, - attached to Valley
Cottage on. east. Probably C18 origin, altered c.1980. Rubble stone
walls, slate roofs with stone eaves courses. Stone stack. L-
shaped plan. Cart Shed Cottage single-storey. Barn Cottage one
storey and attic. Barn Cottage retains one stone mullioned window.
C20 ledged door with side-light in west wall. Range of 4 glazed doors
in east wall. Cart Shed Cottage has C20 ledged door with sidelight
in north wall. Range of 4 glazed openings in east wall. Included
for group value.
