House. Early C19. Coursed squared limestone with ashlar dressings; Welsh
slate roof with brick chimney. Wedge stone lintels to renewed door and sash
windows; projecting stone sills. Ridge chimney. Stone low relief c. 15 cm.
high, showing figure of woman leaning on classical half-column, is inset over
door; said to have come from Old Durham.
