House. Early C15. Timber framed and plastered with gabled pegtile roofs. Now
'L' plan form with large 2 storey C20 rear extension and garage block all with
pegtile roofs. Front has off centre ridge line stack and C20 open gabled porch.
Windows are C20 small pane casements. C20 rear wing has single storey pegtiled
roofed block in en-entrant with gabled porch. Former open hall house with
narrow, formerly gabled, high end crosswing at west end. In-line service rooms
at west end and 2 bay hall. Floor joists have soffit tenons and halved and
bridled scarf joints in top plate.
