Cottage and farmbuildings around foldyard. Later C18. The cottage is part
of a former farmhouse destroyed by fire c.1930. Coursed rubble with roughly-
cut quoins and cut dressings; graduated stone slate roofs, (except for C20
metal sheets on lean-to at east end cottage and pantiles on cottage privy)
Buildings around small rectangular yard open to south, with cottage forming
cross-wing at south end of east range.

Cottage 2 storeys, 2 bays. Central boarded door; inserted pitching door above
left and blocked stone-surround window above right. To right attached pent
privy. Coped left gable on moulded kneelers; right end stack. Left return
shows blocked lst-floor door and part-blocked segmental arch in rear outshut.

Farmbuilding elevations to yard: Barn on west shows central stable door and
2 levels of slit vents, the lower blocked; coped gables on moulded kneelers.
Single-storey north range has 2 stable doors; single-storey east range has 2
boarded doors.

Barn has similar rear elevation. North end of east range shows boarded door
and stone-surround window under coped gable on moulded kneeler. 2 boarded
doors to rear of east range. Lean-to at east end cottage, part of former
farmhouse, has stone-surround windows. Most doors are in heavy alternating-
block surrounds.

C20 cowsheds attached to south end of barn are not of special interest.
