2 storeys. 4 Window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey
has 1 C2O bay window, There is a 4 panel door with a rectangular fanlight and a
dentilled cornice hoof. Roof tiled.

Nos 100 to 116 (even) with Nos 2 to 6 (even) (Campen's Cottages) and the Alcove,
Brook Hill form a group.
