A C18 timber-framed and plastered house with C20 pargetting in traditional patterns. Two storeys. Four window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey has one C20 bay window, There is a four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight and a dentilled cornice hoof. Roof tiled.

Nos 100 to 116 (even) with Nos 2 to 6 (even) (Campen's Cottages) and the Alcove, Brook Hill form a group.
