An early C16 timber-framed and plastered house with a later C16 wing at the south
end extending to the west, the early block is 1 storey and attics. The windows
are mainly C18 and later double-hung sashes with glazing bars, some with 3-lights.
Roofs tiled; the south block has 2 gabled dormers and an original chimney stack
with 3 diagonal shafts on a rectangular base. (RcHM 50 ).
