Situated at the east end of Paynters Hill. 2 early C19 timber-framed and weather
boarded cottages said to have been built of old timbers taken from the Old Rectory.
When it was demolished in 1836. 2 storeys. Each cottage is of 2 window range,
double-hung sashes with glazing bars. 2 doorways. Roofs tiled, hipped, with long
catslides at the east and west ends, and a central chimney stack.
