- II
Manse, attached to chapel, now dwelling. 1832. Smooth rendered, concrete
tile roof. An L-plan at the north end of the Moravian Chapel (qv). The river
front in two parts, stepped, 2 storeys, 1+1-windowed; at first floor deep 2-light
casement under stopped drip and 3-light casement with transom and stopped drip,
at ground floor a pair of french doors, and a deep 3-light casement with transom.
Entrance side 2 storeys, two 2-light and one 1-light casement over 2-light
casement, far right, and 4-panel door under 4-centre fanlight and flanking
single C20 light, off-centre right. The upper floor here projects over the
lower on two brackets. On return, left, a hipped bay with 2-light casement
over 1+2+1-light casement.
Interior has original stick baluster stair and panelled doors.
