GV II

Cottage. Late C18/early C19, altered in C20. Timber framed, plastered, roofed
with handmade red clay tiles. 2 bays facing SW, with internal stack at rear of
right bay, external stack at left end, and flat-roofed single-storey extension
beyond, 1978. 2 storeys. Ground floor, 2 C20 casements, first floor 2 C19
horizontally sliding sashes of 12 lights. Glazed door at front of C20 hipped
porch. The right bay has a chamfered axial beam without stops, the left bay has
longitudinal joists of square section.
