10/159 Urn c.70m to S. of the Aviary


Urn. Early C17, Netherlandish. Carved marble. Urn has 4 carved caryatids
supporting rim, each representing one of the Four Seasons. Appropriate
relief scenes between. Carved cover with flame finial. C19 splayed stone
pedestal with moulded panels and cornice.
