2 Waiting Shelters and 1 Ticket Office. c1912, designed by Great
Western Railway. Corrugated iron with corrugated iron tented, hipped
'pagoda' roofs. Rectangular plan. Single storey.
Waiting shelters of standard type with central square-headed opening.
Ticket Office a non-standard variation with projecting canopy to
entrance and window to right.
'Pagoda' shelters were first introduced by GWR c1904 for use at
country halts and platforms. This group are a rare survival of a once
common type.
