Early C17 timber frame house of 4 bays and 2 builds, right band 2 bays of 2
storeys with central stack left band 2 of 1½ storeys. Entirely encased in
C18 brickvork. Staircase wing fragments at rear, now incorporated in C18 rear
range of 3 bays with barred sashes in box trams. Infill of C18 at north-east
angle, rendered. Cl8 brick front with 3 bay windows flanking 2 storey porch.
Stack of old thin bricks. Hipped old tile roofs. Casements. Early C20 range
at west of 2 storeys with oak framed leaded casements. Timber frames complete
inside. Residence of Ralph Heal circa 1910 and Sanderson family in 1920s.
C17 Quaker associations.
