storeys, 2nd floor band, eaves level cornice, cement rendered parapet.
Ground floor rendered and painted. 2 windows in reveals, ground floor
French windows, upper floors sashes with stucco flat arches and key blocks.
Glazing bars. Central dummy window to upper floors. Central door in reveals,
architrave surround.
