Part of the Park Terrace development, all of which were roofed by 1838.
Early C19, 2 storeys, gault brick; hipped slate roof with wide-eaves; symmetrically
designed front; 3 windows, flat brick arches, those on ground floor without
glazing bars and set within round-headed recesses. Low brick garden wall
in front with simple iron railing with vases on stanchions. Original internal
fittings. (RCHM 26O).
All the listed buildings in Park Terrace form a group.
