Cottage, late C17 or early C18 and of three room plan.
Originally possibly timber framed but now with yellow gault
brick walls, painted. Thatched roof of reed with gable end
parapets, one with initial I.A. in wrought iron. Ridge stack.
One storey and attics, three gable dormers. Segmental arches to
four windows, including three hung sashes with glazing bars.
Rear range also brick, thatched. In the late C18 or early C19
this wing was extended. Inside there are two small inglenooks
and some timber framing in partition walls, otherwise the wall
material is brick.
