Farmhouse. c.1850. Timber frame and rough cast rendered with
painted brick plinth. Hipped slate roof with deep boarded
eaves. Two storeys, symmetrical three 'bay' facade. Two
stacks. Entrance with four-panelled door in reeded doorcase
with flat canopy on shaped wooden brackets. Two three-light
ground floor casement windows with reeded frames and three
similar first floor windows. Included for group value.
