(South West Side)

Cottage, early-mid C17 and C19. Timber frame, plaster rendered
refronted with yellow gault brick in C19. Long straw thatch,
half-hipped to left hand gable end. Original red brick ridge
stack, with two diagonally set shafts on square base with
splayed upper edge. Lobby entry plan. One storey and attic.
One dormer. Four windows, all C19-C20, as is the door in the
original doorway opposite the stack.
