Villa. c.1860. Local gault brick with slate roof, hipped and
end stacks with saw tooth capping and original chimney pots.
Two storeys. Symmetrical facade of three recessed hung sashes
with margin lights. Central doorway with doorcase of plain
pilasters, the frieze having a raised lozenge ornament, and a
double cornice.
