10/134 Quy Water Mill


Watermill. Early C19. Gault brick, hipped slate roof. Four
storeys three 'bays' to south elevation. Three cast iron framed
windows with glazing bars at each floor, some now displaced
(1983). Winch hoist platform cantilevered at third floor on
north elevation. Arched basement over mill stream with splayed
retaining walls; waterwheel in situ. Mill in use until 1950.
