(Formerly listed as No 2 Dock Lane, latterly listed as The Folly)

GV II

Pair of cottages, now one dwelling. Late C17, early C18.
Timber framed with painted brick casing. Reed thatch; ridge
stack. One storey with attics, original two unit plans
including butteries with partitions removed. Four dormer
windows, five ground floor windows of various sizes with glazing
bars and door in segmental arch. Lean to additions to north.
