C18. Large range of stables, now converted into 8 flats, half H-shaped on
plan, enclosing 3 sides of courtyard. Coursed stone with ashlar dressings.
Moulded stone eaves cornice. flipped roof with modern concrete tiles. Two
storeys. Centre 5 bays, wings 9 bays. Ground floor has 3 bay arcaded carriage
doorways with elliptical arches. Stable doors with rectangular fanlights,
and 2-light casements, loft doors now glazed. Ashlar stacks with cornices.
