C17/18 house, coursed stone rubble with freestone dressings. Thatched roof
with stone coping to gable ends. Two storeys. Three window range. Four-
light (centre first floor 2-light) ovolo moulded stone mullion windows with
drip moulds. Central plank door with wooden lintel. Brick end stacks. Single
storey addition to north end with half hipped thatched roof, modern shop window
and modern glazed door.
Interior fireplace with moulded architrave and cornice. RCHM (7) page 72,
figure 46, plate 10.
