Cottage. C17. Timber framed plaster rendered and combed wheat reed thatch. Rebuilt ridge stack to main range L-plan. One storey and attic to main range. Doorway to lobby entry with window on either side including a horizontal sliding sash. Crosswing to two storeys with one window to each storey. Interior has stop chamfered ceiling beams.
