C18 or earlier, refronted mid C19 and rear extension added. 2 storeys and attics.
3 windows. Tiled roof. Timber framed with gault brick front. Pilastered rear
facade. C18 gabled dormers with glazing bars. Segmental-arched, recessed windows.
Segmental arched doorway with fanlight. Large C18 chimney stack projecting from
gable with chevron decorated offsets and heightened mid C19. Reset early C17 panelling
in attic. (RCHM Hunts p.88).

Berkley House, Berkley Lodge, Nos 3 & 7 form a group.
