Mid C19 house. Gault brick with hipped, slate roof. Paired brackets to boarded eaves.
Two-storeys. Plain pilasters to four bays. Four window range of hung sashes in flat
arches at first-floor. Two canted bays with hipped slate roofs and scroll brackets to
eaves. Hung sashes with margin lights. Porch with moulded stone coping to stepped
parapet. Double recessed, four-centred arch to doorway. Panelled double doors with
fanlight. Later stair turret at rear. Warboys white brick. Pyramidal, slate roof of
steep pitch. Four-centred arch to stair window with coloured glass.
