Early C19 farmhouse. Red brick and gault brick, part rendered. Slate roof. End stacks.
Cambered arches to two hung sashes with slender glazing bars on either side of blind
window opening. Central doorway. Reeded doorcase with boss enrichments at corners and
moulded cornice. Two-storey, gault brick wing to left hand. Slate roof. One similar
window to each storey.
