Early to mid C19 house. Yellow gault brick, slate roof, central ridge stack. Two-
storeys. Gauged segmental brick arches to two first floor, recessed hung,sash windows
with glazing bars, and one similar window to right of doorway. Four-panelled door
with rectangular fanlight. Architrave of plain pilasters and projecting cornice.
Round arched doorway to former rear passage to right hand.
