Mid C18, altered. House refronted late C19 in red brick. 3 storeys.
5 windows. Double fronted with pedimented doorway flanked by splayed
bay windows. Rear elevation 3 storeys with top storey added. 5 windows,
double fronted. Gault brick with red brick dressings. Moulded brick
band at 1st floor level. Segmental brick arches to flush sash windows
with architraves and exposed boxing. Blocked wide segmental arched
entrance with early C19 doorway with architrave hood, double doors
with margin lights and patterned fanlight. Included for group value
and rear elevation.

No. 3 and Nos. 5 to 8 (consec.) form a group with No. 1 Wellington Street.
