On east side of the road immediately south of the Bridge. C18.
2 storeys. Red brick, tile roof, cement plinth, stucco band between
storeys and corbelling at eaves. 6 windows (two blocked), original
windows on ground floor blocked and replaced by 3 wider segmental-
arched windows; all with original glazing bars. Former hipped dormers
demolished. C19 stucco doorway flanked by pilasters carrying
entablature, with fanlight and panelled door. Cast iron trellis
portico to garden on north side.

The Dolphin Hotel, Ouse Villa and the building adjoining Ouse Villa form a group.
