House, original use uncertain. Possibly C18 with reused C17 material including
several mullion windows, jambs of arch to entrance and moulded chimney stack.
Stone rubble. Rag slate roof with hipped ends and axial chimney stack to right of
centre with granite shaft and moulded C17 granite cap.
3 room and cross passage plan with probably unheated room on left; central and right
hand rooms heated by a back-to-back fireplace served by an axial stack. The
partitions flanking the passage have been removed and the left hand and central room
now form one large room.
Two storeys regular five window front. Entrance to left of centre with reworked 4-
centred arch with chamfered granite jambs. Entrance door partly glazed with reused
framing from earlier door. Two-light mullion window to left and two 2-light mullion
windows to right, reglazed in circa mid to late C20 with diagonal leaded glass.
First floor with five 2-light casements with C20 diagonal leaded glass.
Interior with C19 and C20 detailing.
