Polychrome rubble walls with flat brick arches to first floor and segmental brick arches to ground floor; slate roof with modillion eaves cornice; rendered stack on the left. Shallow-depth plan with ope to one side of central ground-floor room. Three storeys; two-window range. Possibly original hornless sashes with glazing bars except for pair of horned copies to wider central ground-floor window. Doorways at left and right, both with overlights and panelled doors. There is a C19 pulley wheel at first-floor window-head height on the right which may have been used for hoisting or possibly it is a later decorative reused feature.
