Circa 1870 single-storey estate office. Symmetrical facade. White gault brick with
red brick pilasters to 2 square stacks. Shallow pitched, hipped, slate roof with red
ridge tiles. Moulded brick dentil eave cornice, fluted key blocks, imposts, and
gauged bricks to round-headed window arches. Eight windows with decorated frosted
glass and round-headed plain glass fanlights. Central doorway, double, half-glazed
doors with frosted glass and round-headed plain glass fanlight. Pediment above door
has red brick panel and stone crest of the Fellowes family.
